By the end of this step, each participant will have a plan of action they can execute and will know what they need to do from a business development perspective every week.
- Client Acquisition Process Development: In this step, participants will create a structure for their client acquisition process based on the typical series of interactions required to take prospects through the buyer journey, enabling client acquisition process transparency. By the end of this step, participants will know what they need to do to progress prospects and convert them into billable clients.
- Creating Performance Tracking/Feedback System: In this step, participants will (with support from coach) create system to monitor and measure progress and use feedback to increase client acquisition success probabilities. By the end of this step, the participants will have a functioning system that provides a measure of their performance and feedback on areas to improve upon.
- Driving for Excellence in Client Winning Interactions (Sharpening the Saw): In this step, we work towards excellence in all types of interactions, including throughout each contact in the sequence that turns leads into prospects and ultimately into billable clients. We help each participant optimize performance for goal-driven excellence in areas such as: discovery calls, qualification techniques, presentation strategy and delivery, objection handling, and sales closing interactions. By the end of this step, participants will have achieved more billable clients for the benefit of each participant (and the firm as a whole).
