Humza Adam is the Founder and Principal of HFactor Solutions. He holds over 10 years of experience in high-value Sales and Marketing as well as Training. With a keen understanding of Human Factors and Buyer Psychology, he has mastered the art and science of high-value selling. With this expertise, his work has led to over 4 billion dollars in sales revenues.

Humza holds a Master of Science degree based on the principles of Human Factors with published research in the area of human performance. He also holds a Masters of Science degree in Engineering Management. In addition, he has a number of years experience in coaching and training people for peak performance and is a Registered Corporate Coach (certified designation by the International body WABC).

​Gerald McGroarty is a Team Effectiveness consultant specializing in aligning human capital with organizational strategy and talent identification.Along with his business leadership expertise, he also specializes in the motivation, attitudes and behaviors of individuals and team performance in business and sports. He is a licensee of Self Management Group, one of the world leaders in psychometric profiling and recruiting selection screening.
Shuaib Adam is a Body Language and Communications expert. He is an expert marksman and  3-time Olympian. Most recently he worked with the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for over 14 years as their Chief Security Consultant in some of the most dangerous areas of Africa where sharp wits and his expertise in body language/non-verbal communication  made him an indispensable asset in his role. He has also provided Close Protection services to numerous high profile figures from around the world.
Larry founded the executive search practice of Kathbern Management in 2004, intending to utilize his extensive senior management, technology and investment banking experience to assist organizations in a wide range of industries to find and recruit the best available talent in a variety of middle and senior management functions. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. degree from York University.
